7 Winning SEO Tests from SearchPilot

Something we are very often asked during the sales process is what are some examples of winning tests? It comes up so often that I put together a resource listing some interesting winning tests - some predictable, some less so, ranging from modest uplifts that you really need to be running a statistical testing program to be sure worked to some stonking winners where it’s great to be able to know just how good they were.

1. Winning SEO test: increasing the number of related article links

A customer tested increasing the number of linked-to article pages on each content hub page, taking it from two article pages to four.

The result was an 11% increase in organic traffic.

A customer tested localizing ecommerce product content from the UK market for the US market.

The result was a 24% increase in organic traffic.
