Emily Potter - Head of Customer Success

Emily began working at our founding company, Distilled, as an SEO analyst in 2018. Emily’s interest in analytics and web development inspired her to join the SearchPilot team (then known as DistilledODN) as a consultant in 2019.

Since joining the team, Emily has spoken at conferences such as SearchLove, SMX, and BrightonSEO, in addition to running some of our biggest accounts and managing the team.

Outside of work, Emily dabbles in creative writing, has a habit of falling into unnecessary rabbit holes, and enjoys escaping city life for the mountains.
